Cancellations:

• You may cancel your reservation for a full refund within 7 business days of making the reservation.
• Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding any Indian national holidays observed by RAMAN OM HEAVEN HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Changes to Reservations:

• We will try our best to accommodate changes to your reservation date or time.
• However, changes made within 7 business days of your reservation date may be subject to availability and additional fees.

No Shows:

• If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

• Once your cancellation request is received and approved within the timeframe outlined above, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or financial institution.
