This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your reservation at RAMAN OM HEAVEN HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED (including hotel rooms, party halls, and restaurant reservations) and receive a full refund.

Cancellations for Full Refund:

You are eligible for a full refund of your reservation if you cancel at least 7 business days prior to your scheduled check-in date (for hotel rooms) or reservation date (for party halls and restaurants).

Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays observed in Haryana, India.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, please notify us by:

Please note:

• Cancellations received less than 7 business days before your scheduled check-in/reservation date will not be eligible for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations received within 7 business days of your scheduled check-in/reservation date. The cancellation fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
• In the event of a “no-show” (failure to arrive for your reservation without prior cancellation), you will not be eligible for a refund.
• This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly.
